What local SEO costs in Mallorca
Five ways to work with me, with the price next to each. No lock-in when you pay for a project setup; the new website and the plan with a €0 setup have a six-month minimum, and I tell you before you sign. Your Business Profile, your domain and your data are in your name; what I build you can use without limit once paid, and the authorship stays mine.

A website built to show up on Google from day one, with a page for each service and each town, your Business Profile connected, one-tap WhatsApp and fast on mobile. I build it and look after it every month, because a website without maintenance doesn’t rank.
- Setup: design, copy and structure, up to 8 pages (services and towns), in your main language. A second language is quoted separately.
- Local SEO built in: researched keywords, titles and descriptions, structured data, mobile speed, Search Console and Analytics.
- Google Business Profile connected and set up, with a WhatsApp button and a form.

Six-month minimum, which is how long a new website takes to start bringing in enquiries; after that, month to month, renewable, with 30 days’ notice. The website and its content are mine while the service runs and you have the use of it. Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your data are always yours. If you ever want to take the website with you, I sell it to you separately.

- You pay the setup (Project, from €1,500) and the plan has no lock-in: give 30 days’ notice and that’s it.
- €0 setup: I do it at my own cost and the plan has a six-month minimum. If you leave earlier, you pay the part of the setup not yet covered (€1,500 spread over six months). I tell you before you sign, not after.
The first works out cheaper if you stay longer than a year; the second if you want to start with no up-front cost. Both end up in the same place.

The hours are a guide, there so you can see what you’re paying for. An agency in Mallorca charges €1,000 to €2,000 a month for less than Plus, and doesn’t tell you how many hours are behind it.
Pay for results
Pay per lead
For businesses with good margins and room to take on more customers. You only pay for each enquiry that reaches you.
- You set the monthly budget, from €600. That is the cap: you never pay more, and if fewer leads come in, you pay less.
- What counts as a lead is agreed in writing before we start: a call, WhatsApp or form from someone asking for your service in your area. Spam and time-wasters don’t count.
- The price per lead comes from your average ticket and margin; it’s agreed on the first call and doesn’t change without notice.
- Every lead is logged with date, channel and source, and you can see the log too.
It isn’t for everyone: the service needs demand on Google and you need to answer the phone. If it doesn’t fit, I tell you on the first call and suggest another option.

About the money
What people ask me before paying
Do the prices include VAT?
The audit does: €130 with VAT included, because anyone can buy it online. The rest exclude VAT, because they are services for companies and the self-employed, who can reclaim it; VAT is itemised on the invoice.
Is there a minimum term?
If you pay the setup, no: give 30 days’ notice and that’s it, and what was published on your website stays with you under a licence with no time limit. There is a six-month minimum in two cases, and you know before you sign: the new website with maintenance, which is how long Google takes to move a new website; and the monthly plan with a €0 setup, because I have put the work in up front. In both, it’s month to month after that.
Can I switch level?
Yes, from one month to the next, up or down. Tell me before the 25th and the following month runs on the new plan.
How do I pay?
The audit by card, right now. The project, 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. The new website, €1,500 setup together with the first month, then €400 in advance each month. Monthly plans, in advance each month, by bank transfer or card.
If I stop the monthly service, what happens to the website?
It goes offline, because it’s mine: the website and the copy. What’s yours stays yours: your Google Business Profile with its reviews, your phone number, your name and your photos. And if you’d rather keep the website, I sell it to you separately; that is agreed when you sign up, not when you leave.
Is the audit refundable?
No. I start working on it as soon as you pay, and you can act on it with whoever you like. What I do: if you hire anything else, the full €130 is deducted. And if you haven’t received it within 48 working hours, I refund it in full.
Who owns the copy and pages you write?
I do, like the author of a book: copy, structure, code and reports carry my authorship. You have a licence to use them in your business and on your domain with no time limit once they are paid for; with the maintained website and monthly plans, for as long as the contract runs, and whatever is published on your own website stays. What you can’t do is copy it to another website, resell it or let another agency sign it as theirs. And I can keep using my methods and templates with other businesses: there is no exclusivity. The footer of every website I build says “Website by Carlos Fernández SEO”.
How many clients do you take on at once?
Few, on purpose. If I don’t have room I tell you and put you down for when I do; I don’t take on anyone I can’t look after properly.
