Why people call me

If you have ever thought one of these three things, this is for you

“My competitor shows up first on the map and I don’t, and I have no idea why.”

“In winter this place is a desert and the phone doesn’t ring.”

“I got burned with SEO once: I paid for a year and not a single customer came.”

Who I work for

Local SEO for every trade in Mallorca, whether you sell to consumers or to businesses

Half my clients sell to consumers (B2C) and half sell to other businesses (B2B). The method is the same: the person already looking for you finds you on Google, in their language and in their town. What changes is what they search for and how they decide.

I want this for my business

And this is what you will see every month

No decorative charts. Three things that turn into money, on one page, with the before and the after.

ENQUIRIES

Calls and WhatsApp messages

How many people contacted you from Google and from your Business Profile, month by month, and which search they came from.

MAP

Your position, town by town

Where you show up on the map in every area you work in, against the two competitors who beat you today.

TRUST

Reviews and visits

New reviews, directions requested to your premises and website visits that end in an enquiry.

I only publish client case studies when the client agrees in writing, so for now the ones you see are mine. On an island where everybody knows everybody, a made-up case gets found out fast.

The first step

Start by finding out what is wrong

€130 · in 48 working hours

VAT included. Card payment, automatic invoice.

You get a document with your diagnosis, a comparison with two of your real competitors and a 90-day plan with what needs doing, in order.

  • What is failing on your website and your Google Business Profile
  • What the two businesses beating you are doing better
  • What to fix first so the phone rings more

If you hire me afterwards, the full €130 comes off your first invoice.

How I work

Three steps, no mystery

STEP 1

I look

At your website, your Google Business Profile and the two competitors beating you right now.

STEP 2

I fix

In order of what moves the phone most, not in order of what is easiest to invoice.

STEP 3

I report on one page

How many people contacted you, where they came from and what each enquiry cost.

You won’t find the word synergy in any of my reports. If you want to know exactly what local SEO is before you hire anyone, I explain it without jargon.

Prices

What it costs, without “it depends”

Most agencies don’t put a price on their website. These are mine.

About me

I’m Carlos, and I’m the one who picks up the phone

I have spent years building and ranking businesses in Mallorca, my own and other people’s. I’m not an agency: no account manager, no intern, no departments. You talk to me and I do the work.

I work in English, Spanish, Catalan and German.

What everyone asks

The usual six questions

How long until I see results?

Your Google Business Profile can move within weeks. The website takes three to six months, depending on what needs fixing and how much competition you have. If someone promises results in a month, be wary.

Do you tie me into a long contract?

If you pay the setup, no: give 30 days’ notice and that’s it, no penalty and no retention calls. There is a six-month minimum in only two cases, and I tell you before you sign: the new website with maintenance (that’s how long Google takes to move it) and the monthly plan with a €0 setup (because I have put €1,500 of work in up front). If I have to tie you in to keep you, I’m not doing my job well.

Can you guarantee the top spot?

No, and anyone who guarantees it is lying to you. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm. What I do guarantee is the work, the method, and that every month you see exactly what was done and what happened.

Who owns the website, the copy and the accounts?

Your Google Business Profile, your domain and your data are in your name with your logins: if you ever leave, nothing is held hostage. What I build (copy, pages, code, reports) carries my authorship, like the author of a book, and you use it in your business with no time limit once it is paid for. The only things you can’t do are move it to another website, resell it or let another agency claim it as theirs. With the new website on maintenance, the website is mine and you use it for as long as the service runs; your domain and your profile are always yours.

What happens if I stop?

What you have gained stays: rankings don’t vanish the following month. They fade slowly if nobody maintains them while your competitors keep working, like a shop window that never changes.

Why you and not an agency?

Because you talk directly to the person doing the work, and I answer the same day. That said: if your business needs five disciplines at once, has several locations, or the person in charge wants a supplier with a team behind it, an agency is a better choice than me. I’ll tell you if that’s your case. Here I compare both options with prices.
